Reference number: 12852 You actively take over priority telephone communication with customers You independently dispose the customer appointments for the technicians and construction managers You tune the personnel and vehicle availability with the construction ladders You control and control the appointment and utilization of the Monteursteams in the extension areas You prepare the assembly orders systematically You process customer enquiries by phone and mail and coordinate disorder orders

You have a completed commercial training or comparable to corresponding professional experience You could ideally gain first experiences in MRP You have a general affinity for IT systems Your work is characterised by organisational skills Telephoneing is fun and you are strong communication You know the most common MS Office products well, especially the work with MS Excel You have a fast conception, high resilience and excellent time management
