Head of Department - Commercial Project Management (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the commercial management and profitability of the Mission Solutions product range and keep an eye on economic indicators at any time. You act as a close contact person (m/w/d) for the Head of Mission Solutions. As a commercial contact person, you advise the management of the product area in all economic issues. The financial year planning as well as the commercial management and monitoring of ongoing projects coordinate you with your team. Create offers independently and have a significant impact on contract negotiations with customers and partners. Project management supports you in complex commercial topics such as change management, accounting and contract processing. Compliance with contractual and legal requirements is guaranteed throughout the entire project. Create and negotiate cooperation agreements and bring your commercial know-how into the development of economic business concepts. You lead a team of currently six employees professionally and disciplinaryly, promote their further development and ensure successful cooperation within the business unit.

You have a successfully completed degree in business management, economic engineering or a comparable qualification. Long-term professional experience in commercial project execution – ideally in large industrial project business or in the defence environment – will bring you with you. Multiannual experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees is yours. Finding knowledge of project-oriented offering design, accounting (UStG, AO, HGB, IFRS) and contract law are part of your professional repertoire. The secure handling of SAP (especially the modules PS and SD) as well as MS Office is of course for you. Embossed analytical and conceptual skills allow you to economically evaluate complex business scenarios. Negotiating skills, enforcement and resilience are your personal strengths. You have knowledge of German and English in a reliable manner and understand how to successfully harmonize the interests of the project management with commercial requirements.
