Further development & support of CRM systems, customer portals and modern web applications Analysis of requirements from the fields and development of accurate technical solutions Designing digital customer processes – from idea to implementation Documentation of processes, interfaces and architectures – clear, structured and comprehensible Quality Assurance & Testing together with the departments Accompanying Introduction & Rollout of New Systems, Tools and Features Active web development (frontend/backend – according to experience and profile)

A completed IT training, a study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification First experience in IT project environment, ideally with CRM systems or web applications Enthusiasm for digital customer solutions and a good sense of user experience Knowledge of web development (e.g. JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Frameworks), interface technologies (REST, SOAP), data modeling and ideally experience with cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure or AWS Analytical, structured working methods and the ability to grasp and understand complex relationships
