Cross-group (5 specialist groups) Ensure the reliable and safe operation of complex building systems Central support of operators and workshop management in technical matters and operating decisions Planning and coordination of maintenance and repair and maintenance Cross-sector tenders, e.g. maintenance contracts and major repair work Representation of DESY in internal and external relations Instruction of foreign companies and monitoring and acceptance of the work and failure and enforcement of claims Building contractor representation in projects participation in the CAFM and BIM introduction

Dipl. Ing. Bachelor of Science, technical building equipment or energy and building technology or equivalent expertise, skills and experience Finded expertise in the operation of building equipment, ideally in laboratory or research buildings Long-term practical experience in TGA, in particular in the field of building automation and the operation of ventilation systems Knowledge of project planning, planning, construction of building facilities and tenders in the field High enforcement combined with diplomatic skill in dealing with different interests and stakeholders Ability to walk construction sites, tunnels and technical spaces, as well as to safely climb scaffolds and ladders Knowledge of English in Word and Writing as well as good German knowledge in Word and Writing
