We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the field of renewable energies: Project Manager (education) Wind Energy Onshore / PV Free Area and BESS (m/w/d) Acceptance of responsibility: You independently undertake the realization of wind energy projects onshore as well as the addition of photovoltaic free-surface, battery storage and hybrid projects focusing on the construction phase. Starting with the execution planning, tendering and awarding to start-up, acceptance and transfer to asset management You project-related service providers and partners, work with the project companies and ensure compliance with all milestones, budget and quality requirements.

Competence of implementation: You bring the perspective of structural implementation into the projects at an early stage and support the project development already during the approval and execution planning. In doing so, you will look at realisable, economic and loadable execution concepts, accompany the implementation of requirements and secondary regulations from permits and ensure the feasibility of the projects.

Controlling the erection phase: Together with internal and external experts, you create performance directories, coordinate tenders, awards and billing of works and control the implementation at the construction site across all plants. Keep an eye on dates, costs, quality and risks, coordinate project participants, accompany supplements and work towards a successful implementation of the projects.

Network connection competence: You monitor and coordinate the network connection of wind energy and photovoltaic projects as well as the interfaces to transformers, network operators and other relevant stakeholders. In doing so, ensure compliance with all technical and regulatory requirements and accompany commissioning, acceptances and the technical transfer of the systems.

Strategy contribution: You take on special tasks related to the further development of processes, standards and interfaces in the realization of wind energy, photovoltaic and storage projects. In addition, you support the optimization of cross-departmental cooperation and contribute your experience to the further development of our project business.

Complete studies in the field of civil engineering, electrical engineering, energy technology or comparable training

Multiannual professional experience in construction or project management, ideally in the field of wind energy onshore, photovoltaic free space or energy infrastructure

Experience in the planning, control and monitoring of complex construction phases as project manager

knowledge in the field of network connection, transformers, photovoltaics and wind energy; Knowledge of battery storage is advantageous

Experience in the tendering, awarding and controlling of construction services and in the handling of external service providers and project partners

Impressed communication and organisational capacity, independent working, safe occurrence, conflict resolution competence and decision-making strength

Very good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and a good technical understanding of relevant standards and regulatory requirements
