Your profile

• Completion in technical or commercial studies, legal training not necessarily required
• Professional experience in contract and claim management in oil and gas, chemical, energy or plant engineering
• Well organized, confident appearance, negotiation skills
• Open, curious and proactive personality
• Safe to negotiate in English and German, more languages welcome

Your tasks as Contract Manager

• Examination of commercial project contracts and support in their negotiation
• Consultation and support of project teams in contractual matters
• Management of contract changes, supplements and extensions
• Monitoring project performance compared to contractual obligations
• Coordination with legal, financial and procurement departments
• Management and negotiation of amendments and supplements
• Development and defence of claims
• Support in selecting and implementing contract management tools
