Teamleitung People & Culture (m/f/d)

You shape the construction and strategic development of our People & Culture teams and take over the professional and disciplined leadership. The management and further development of our HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle is your responsibility. Together with your team, you design recruiting, employer branding and personal marketing measures. In addition, you develop a modern staff development and training concept and accompany its sustainable implementation. You support the pre-preparing pay billing and work together with internal and external interfaces to ensure smooth running. You build a meaningful HR reporting, develop relevant people key figures, and then guide well-founded action recommendations for data-based decisions. As a strategic Sparring partner*in you work closely with the management and our executives and advise on personal, organizational and labour law issues. You work with the works council and ensure the implementation of existing business agreements.

Your technical background is based on a completed degree in human resources management, business management, (economic)psychology or a comparable qualification. You could already earn several years of professional experience in HR management, ideally in a medium-sized or growth-oriented business environment. Leadership experience as well as the ability to develop teams and successfully accompany them through changes are a feature. You bring well-founded knowledge of labour law and a secure understanding of modern HR processes. High communication strength, organizational skills and a structured and solution-oriented way of working belong to your strengths. The professional and trusting exchange with employees, executives, management and works council is of course for you. The handling of HR management systems is familiar to you – knowledge in personio is advantageous. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1 level) you are sure to use in everyday professional life.
