Our Financial Services division focuses on financial services and supports banks, insurance companies and asset managers to be successful in an ever-changing and fast-paced world. In our People Consulting / Workforce Advisory Team in Munich, you help our customers: find answers to strategic and operational personal questions in the financial sector, to accompany people in transformation processes and to successfully shape HR transformation processes. You can do a variety of tasks: Organization & Workforce Transformation. Design of future organisations and adaptations of the workforce by accompaniment of transformation projects or transactions focusing on strategic personnel planning and organisational design, including agile, competence-based organisations in complex and multinational environments People Experience. Improving human experiences in everyday life and in transformations through consulting in change processes, development and implementation of and communication, change, learning and personnel strategies, as well as support in cultural, human and team development HR transformation. Supporting our client: in the design and implementation of the human resources function of the future by using digital HR technology and AI in functions and processes Working in our People Consulting / Workforce Advisory Team in Project Management, Supply Processes and Sustainable Mandant Extraction Coaching and contribution to team success through support of junior team members, knowledge sharing and inclusive behavior

Complete studies in the field of communication sciences, organizational development, change management, psychology, or business with a focus on personnel or similar At least three years of professional experience and expertise in the change and HR advisory function (e.g. from an internship in the areas HR/organisation/Change/Workforce Transformation/Learning and Development of a consultancy or a company) Proven interest in current change and HR trends, working methods, cultural topics and organisational forms of the future Analytical skills, a structured precise, self-responsive way of working, taking responsibility, flexibility, motivation and resilience to keep a cool head even in stressful situations Quick and efficient incorporation into new facts and curiosity, creative thinking and readiness to learn for the application of agile/new methods and innovative approaches to solving complex problems
