Process Engineer with technical process responsibility in the field of microsystems technology Solder Balling (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the process development for Solder Balling on various substrates and wafers with different materials as well as the process development for the template printing on Ekra printers.

You develop, stabilize and optimize the processes mentioned.

You are responsible for the selection, commissioning, evaluation and programming of complex manufacturing machines in these processes.

With your process know-how, you support various projects and work closely with project management, quality assurance and production.

You create work and test instructions and carry out training for employees.

You coordinate and carry out maintenance and repair work on the plants.

You perform process and product disclosures, coordinate them and evaluate the results.

You provide technical support for machine faults and ensure a rapid troubleshoot.

You have completed technical training, for example in microtechnology, as physical and technical assistance or as an electronic technician for devices and systems – or a comparable qualification; Alternatively, you have a completed scientific study, e.g. in microsystem engineering, precision engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.

You bring first professional experience in electronics production.

You have experience in handling complex manufacturing machines, including selection, commissioning, evaluation and programming.

You have a good understanding of process stability, process optimization and statistical methods for process evaluation.

You have very good knowledge of German and good English.
