In terms of business risk and crisis resistance, you keep us on track. With professional expertise and organizational skills, you can ensure both business risk and control functions as well as the integrity of products, services and employees. To ensure that our activities are demonstrated at any time, smoothly and in line with regulatory requirements. Specifically, you will formulate methods and processes to ensure the Operational Resilience and Operational Continuity in Resolution, evaluate their effectiveness and find ways to further optimize them. You are constantly closing with other units in the local and global ODCR organization as well as the Non-Financial Risk and taking care that all operations related to Operational Resilience and Operational Continuity are well coordinated. As an expertin for your topics, you – along with other internal stakeholders – support the 1st Line of Defence's specialist areas in complex issues and make appointments with senior management and auditors. For Management Board and Senior Management, you are a reliable Sparring partnerin and regularly provide relevant information on Operational Resilience, Emergency and Outsourcing Management. And because you meet the right sound in every situation and like to share your knowledge, you'll be able to develop address-oriented information and training concepts about the requirements of Operational Resilience and Operational Continuity for the areas of 1st Line of Defence.

Studies in economics, risk management or a comparable qualification Business Risk and Control Experience and Operational Resilience and Continuity Practice in cooperation with various units and stakeholders, in particular in the field of 1st LoD Interest in developing and implementing measures to ensure Operational Resilience and Continuity in Resolution Excellent analytical and conceptual skills combined with the talent to structure and communicate complex relationships Ability to think beyond your own horizon and develop sustainable solutions Very good German and English in word and writing
