In particular, these tasks are the focus of the DHZC's cost management: Conceptual further development of procurement and sourcing strategies, e.g. make-or-buy, single/multi/global sourcing, for the economic supply of cardiac medicine Analysis and assessment of data from controlling, purchasing, clinics and commercial management, as well as deriving measures to reduce the cost of property and improve cover contributions Process responsibility and coordination for complex cross-sector processes (planning, procurement, standardization, implementation, monitoring) incl. Completed academic studies with business or technical focus, as an alternative comparable qualification with long-term relevant professional experience Very good business knowledge, in particular cost accounting/inEK, DRG/NUB and revenue structures, as well as financing and cost control in university medicine Multiannual, well-founded experience in the medical device environment of heart and vascular medicine (single or sale), including control of cost-intensive product groups Safe handling of complex data analysis and key data systems, very good IT skills (in particular SAP modules, Excel, BI tools, project management software) Very good knowledge of the relevant legal framework (in particular procurement law, LHO, BGB, medical device law, commercial law) Embossed strategic and analytical competence, negotiation experience with internal users, users and external partners as well as high communication, moderation and enforcement capability
