These are your tasks:

• Ensuring the smooth operation and functioning of the technical building facilities
• Maintenance, maintenance and minor repair work
• Trouble analysis and elimination of technical defects in daytime operation
• Monitoring of building control and control of technical installations
• Coordination and support of external service providers and maintenance companies on site

• Complete technical or craft training and ideally experience in building technology or facility management
