Powered by people. • You are responsible for the entire purchase of raw coffee from MARKUS KAFFEE • You are the first contact person to all raw and roasted coffee specific questions such as taste profiles or declarations • You take over blend management for our coffee products • Another focus Your activity is based on the development and maintenance of direct trade and supply relationships • The optimization of procurement logistics along the entire supply chain is one of your tasks • You are responsible for the entire purchase of raw tea from the ALDI Nord group • You are responsible for the quality of finished goods and raw goods by sensory testing • You are monitoring and analysing all relevant markets in terms of cup quality and competitiveness •

• You are ready to change and are willing to redesign your purchase with us • You have successfully completed business studies or a comparable training • You have already gained several years of professional experience in the field of raw coffee purchase and/or raw coffee trade and have good contacts in the origins • Embossed knowledge of all coffee-specific quality assurance measures will be required • You are a communicative team player
