Chef (m/w/d) (full-time, 173,33 hours or part-time 152 hours monthly)

Your tasks:

• Catering of our guests (family, school classes, groups and individual travelers) with fresh, varied and healthy food
• Consideration of allergies and special food forms
• Designing weekly menus, menus and buffets
• Organized, structured and economic work
• Clean and obligatory work in compliance with the prescribed quality and hygiene standards according to HACCP
• Implementation of orders and inventory
• Contact person (m/w/d) for our guests during meals
