Head of Nursing Endoscopy (m/f/d)

For the Klinik für Gastroenterologie und Infektiologie (Chiefarzt PD Dr. med. Johannes Tebbe) at Klinikum Lippe we are looking for a full-time nursing line (m/w/d) of endoscopy at the next possible date. The clinic with the focus on gastroenterology/hepatology, infectiology, diabeticology and neurogastroenterology has 90 beds including infection department and intensive care unit. Every year in the department approx. 4500 patients inpatient care. Interdisciplinary endoscopy meets the highest standard of modern, powerful endoscopy in all areas. Currently approx. 8000 diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures performed. In addition to endosonography, interventional endoscopy is a special focus of the department.

Operation planning and organisation

Creation and adaptation of service and deployment plans for the team of technical assistance in endoscopy Ensuring the availability and functionality of endoscopy devices and materials Communication and Information Management

Information bridge between medical service and care to ensure optimal patient care Cooperation with other specialist departments to optimize patient care Documentation responsibility

Responsibility for complete and correct documentation of all activities in endoscopy Checking the documentation quality and training of the team in documentation standards Quality management Participation in the development and implementation of quality standards and processes Conducting audits to ensure quality in endoscopy Implementation of new nursing concepts and procedures Team management and team building

Preparation and moderation of service meetings and employee discussions within the care group Organisation and management of practical training and training within the care team

Successful completion of a training as a nursing specialist, medical specialists with two years of professional practice Continuing training for station management or willingness to participate in a course Continuing training and/or willingness to participate in further training Endoscopy You possess cooperation, conflict and communication skills and have their own initiative, creativity and methodological competence
