Maintenance Planner (m/w/d)

For our clients, a family-run company and leading European provider of sunscreen textiles, we are looking for a dedicated maintenance technician (m/w/d) for direct placement. In this position, you are the key factor to ensure continuous production and high quality of the plants.

You build a maintenance and maintenance system (TPM), plan and set it up

You ensure the technical reliability of all machines in production

You can manage various spare parts reliably

You carry out maintenance and repairs on production plants

You develop and implement improvements to machines to optimize processes and ergonomics

You are a contact person for internal personnel, external service providers and craft companies

You provide the factory manager with regular feedback on machine status, ongoing work, safety aspects, quality and efficiency

You implement modernizations and optimizations on machines and plants according to the instructions of the plant manager

You apply the 5S standards in the daily workflow and ensure their compliance

You have completed technical training, ideally as mechatronics, technician or completed technical studies (Bachelor of Engineering) or comparable qualifications, as well as first professional experience in an equivalent position

You are characterized by a precise and careful way of working and value on quality

You work efficiently and yet accurately

You bring technical understanding and an overview of the production processes with

You have experience with Lean methods (e.g. 5S, TIMWOOD, TPM, SMED, CommCell)

You have basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

You communicate well in word and writing in German and English (B1/B2)

You show high motivation and commitment
