For this client, conQuaesso is looking for a setup line (w/m/d) in Halver at the next possible time

You take over the strategic, economic and organizational management of the facility and act as part of the management. In close cooperation with the management team, you control all administrative processes, develop structures and manage internal process management. The interior and exterior representation of the facility is in your hand – including the application and recruitment management for skilled workers. You ensure the quality of care and contribute to the satisfaction of residents, employees and relatives. Digitization and concept development are part of your task as well as project and crisis management with special challenges.

Meet with your academic degree in nursing management, social management or a comparable field You will have the formal requirements – alternatively you will bring appropriate management experience. Your leadership experience – ideally over at least two to three years – will surely be in the leadership of teams and projects. You have sound business knowledge and ideally have already taken responsibility in the fields of administration, personnel and finance. Experiences in the field of digitalization and in order and performance law support your strategic and operational control competence. You like to work in the team, actively promote the development of your employees and communicate empathically and solution-oriented.
