As a Specialist Digital Customer Fulfilment Journeys (m/w/d), you will end up improving the current customer experience related to ticket processing (providing & disordering). You support the potential identification, feasibility check and implementation to increase the self-service share in the interaction between customer and customer Fulfilment. You support the creation of business cases as well as tracking that the business case is adhered to. You analyze processes, display vulnerabilities and develop suggestions for improvement. You tune with internal interfaces and suppliers according to predefined standards. You order, analyze and track defined subproject KPIs. You support the creation of presentations, decision templates and success reports for the interfaces.
