Ordering, disposition and date monitoring of materials for the production in the locomotive sector Permanent close exchange with suppliers and internal areas such as warehouse, production control and strategic purchasing Monitoring existing stocks, carrying out material requirements analyses and triggering orders to ensure optimal supply Control and prosecution of the ordering and delivery process and, if necessary, initiation of countermeasures in case of deviations Examination of supplier invoices and clarification of existing differences Stock management: Ensuring optimal supply of materials with minimum stocks Collection of order confirmations, miscellaneous information etc. in the internal system Monitoring the performance of suppliers, if necessary Analysis of causes of discrepancies and introduction of measures

Completed commercial vocational training First practical experience in purchasing and basic knowledge in supply chain management Safe in handling MS Office and SAP R3 (PP and MM), first experiences with BI tools are advantageous Very good presentation capabilities as well as no fears of contact with suppliers and interface partners Flowing German and good English skills
