Controller – Financial Resource Management (f/m/d)

From specification to tendering, awarding, quality assurance to logistics, distribution and processing, Bw Clothingsmanagement GmbH (BwBM) is responsible for the entire value chain of the Bundeswehr clothing - from shoes to helmet. In this way, we dress up about 250,000 active soldier soldiers as well as reservoirs and civilian employees of the Bundeswehr. For our area of Accounting and Finance at the headquarters in Cologne, we are looking for you as Controller (w/m/d) As a company, we are privately organised, but as a 100% subsidiary of the Federal Ministry of Defence, we have special obligations arising from our long-term performance contracts with the Bundeswehr. In these, the requirements for budgeting, funding needs planning and our reporting obligations to the customer Bundeswehr and our shareholder are also detailed. Due to the increasing work volume and increasing requirements for the planning processes, we have created this position in the controlling. You will, of course, be incorporated into your new area of work by experienced employees. With the introduction of SAP S4/HANA and BI tools, we want to continue to optimize the process of liquidity and finance planning and look forward to your support.

Ensure that financially relevant requirements are included in our performance contracts, solutions are defined and adequately implemented Planning, monitoring and control of short-, medium- and long-term financial needs in the context of regular forecasts and business planning Planning, monitoring and management of liquidity and processing of the necessary information for cash management Creation of quote calculations at refund prices as the basis of sales planning and preparation of documents for subsequent pricing for the Bundeswehr Creating and optimizing reports for internal and external stakeholders and developing ad hoc analyses for special topics

Complete studies in economics, economics, economic law or a comparable degree course, ideally with a focus on controlling or accounting, or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional practice in controlling and/or accounting, cash management and treasury Secure handling of MS Office (expert know-how in Excel) and ERP systems (ideally SAP) Advantages: Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. board, Qlick) as well as know-how in data modeling for designing reports or Creation of queries Very good German in Word and Writing (C2-Niveau)
