Fully qualified lawyer as head of the road administration department (m/f/d)

You lead the Road Administration department in a technical and disciplinary way and bear the overall responsibility for all tasks, processes and projects. You develop and control the strategic orientation of the road management of the branch and ensure efficient, legally safe and smooth workflows. You coordinate and monitor the administrative processes of the department, examine work results and provide technical guidance. You represent the street management of the branch in specialist boards and working groups and act as a central interface to the headquarters. You examine technical and legal opinions, permits and agreements (including according to FStrG and TKG) and draw up draft contract drafts for signature. You shall be responsible for contract and cost management, including audit of cost decisions, control of contract management and the initiation of appropriate measures in the event of violations or unauthorised use. You process complex administrative and approval processes such as management change measures, co-use cases, cultivation law issues, TÖB participations and soil and spatial planning procedures.

Completed study of law with 1st and 2nd State exams Multiannual management experience and experience in public administration That would be desirable: Knowledge in the Telecommunications Act (TKG), Administrative Procedures Act (VwVfG), Administrative Court (VwGO), §§ 7, 8, 9 Fernstrasse Act (FStrG), Construction / Construction Planning Law (BauGB, LBauO of the Länder, Building Plans, Land Use Plans, Spatial Planning Plans), BImSchG, WHG, TKG Knowledge of the conclusion of agreements with public/private bodies Driving licence Class B and readiness to carry service vehicles This distinguishes you as a manager: You think in complex relationships and have a strong will to shape, combined with value-adding behavior and self-reflection.
