• Acceptance of incoming customer calls and processing of inquiries

• Processing orders, complaints and requests regarding delivery status or invoices
• Creating offers and forwarding orders
• Documentation of customer talks and customer data maintenance
• Solution-oriented treatment of complaints and escalations
• Promoting customer satisfaction through professional communication

• Closed commercial training (e.g. businessman for dialogue marketing, office communication, office management)
• Communication strength and friendliness
• High customer orientation and solution orientation
• Basic PC and MS Office skills
• Stress resistance and good teamability
• Experience in customer service or call center
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
