As Manager of Regulatory Data Management (m/w/d), you are central:for our customers from the banking sector with a focus on the strategic and operational development of data management issues in the fields of reporting finance, risk, controlling and compliance. Project responsibility: The management of complex consulting projects in the fields of reporting, finance, risk, controlling and compliance is within your responsibility – including control of interdisciplinary teams and ensuring quality, budget and timing. Strategy & Development: You develop target images, roadmaps and sustainable solutions to optimize processes, data architectures and governance structures for financial institutions. Innovation & Technology: You actively promote the introduction and scaling of new technologies and innovative methods and evaluate their added value. Expertise & Thought Leadership: Through your deep knowledge of interfaces between reporting, data management, finance, risk, controlling, compliance and IT, you advise our client: within your eye and position yourself as a Trusted Advisor. Business Development: You strengthen existing customer relationships, support new projects and actively participate in expanding our portfolio of services.

Completion in economics, ideally with business, bank or financial focus or comparable Multiannual relevant professional experience (5+ years) in the field of reporting, finance, risk, controlling, compliance, banking regulators or supervisory law Very good knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. ECB, EBA, BaFin) and their implementation in the banking context, in particular with implications for financial and risk management Enthusiasm for trends in the financial sector, pronounced analytical skills, strategic thinking and a safe and professional appearance readiness to travel and very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
