Facility Manager with Team Leadership

Take the lead of our facility management team (8 employees) and answer the smooth operation as well as the further development of our multi-site portfolio (approximately 160 Alnatura Super Natur Markets, central locations Campus Darmstadt, distribution centers Lorsch & Groß-Rohrheim). The task is a combination of team management (approximately 40–50 %) and operational cooperation (approximately 50–60 %). Full time (40 hours/week)

You take over the technical leadership, control and further development of the team Respond to processes, standards and structures in facility management Own budget control and active cost control Take control of faults, maintenance and service providers throughout the portfolio In addition, you work on technical projects Ensuring compliance with legal and technical requirements (e.g. HACCP, DIN 50001) The responsibility for the data quality and use of the CAFM system as well as the energy management and optimization of consumption lies with you You are the first contact person*in for sales (area manager)

You have completed technical training or studies in the field of facility management, building technology or comparable Multiannual professional experience in facility management ideally in the operation of real estate portfolios in filialized retail You have experience in controlling service providers and processes First leadership experience of at least 3 years Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mode of operation Safe handling of MS Office and CAFM systems High communication strength and safe occurrence Standing for occasional missions
