The key data of my trainee program 24 months with the aim of an unlimited takeover into a demanding activity, Perform multiple company stations of 3 months each based on business needs: In overarching project management areas, technical (large) projects and strategic projects in the headquarters in Berlin-Mitte or Rostock, An international station in Brussels, in a regional center in our control zone and in a non-governmental organisation (NGO) in the context of the energy transition/sustainability, Accompanied by a mentor, professional supervisors and the trainee coordinator in the field of staff, Supported by accurate training, on-the-job learning, professional excursions, conferences, regular trainee exchange.

Degree in Electrical and Energy Engineering, Economic and Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering / Renewable Energy / Energy Industry, Geosciences, Surveying, Urban / Spatial Planning, Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering

Very good German knowledge (C1) and good English knowledge (B2), Great project management interest, Implementation strength, empathy, high sense of responsibility, very good organizational and communication skills as well as team spirit.
