the administration of the computer pool rooms (9 pool rooms with about 300 PC-s) operation and maintenance of the PC infrastructure incl. Rollout and maintenance of images (Windows / Linux) Configuration of client systems Coordination of the participating employees to ensure a smooth operation

the student support Support for students Consultancy and guidance in configuration and installation of software (VPN client, security tools, licensed campus software) Error analysis on devices (Notebook/Mobile devices) ) incl. recovery and workaround recommendations Hiwi Representation in Infrastructure Services (INF) Planning of student assistants Processing into standard processes (ticketing, room check) and instruction on data protection as well as IT security support in the development of strategic tasks including the development of support operating processes for IT enabled study spaces (analysis of utilisation, ticket data, etc.) support in carrying out and preparing digital audits

You have: a completed training as a specialist (w/m/d) or comparable training with a multi-year professional experience Knowledge in the fields Windows and Linux Client administration and software provision Hardware support PC workstation environments Experience in coordinating workflows is advantageous good English skills in word and writing Curious about an exciting and versatile role in an agile team?
