These are your tasks:

The quality inspector is responsible for all assembly operations in the production line, in the flight test and in the delivery centre check and control.

Activities

• Mechanical, electrical and structural inspections
• inspection of sealing, color and outer skin
• Inspection of composites and metallic materials
• carrying out inspections of brackets, Mounting elements and rivets
• Implementation of final checks and closure of points
• Preparation of DQ1 technical documentation and applications on concessions
• Ensuring quality assessment, NC mapping and Error characterization (structure and outer skin parts)
• Creation and management of NCs
• Implementation and application of internal procedures in relation to Quality, safety and protection
• Ensuring the success of work orders Aircraft, non-conformities in the Airbus system
• Reporting of errors in the quality system and non-conformities of the product
• Operational supervisor: Activity Manager & Work Package Responsible / Team Leader & Operation Leader

This distinguishes you:

• knowledge of the aviation environment (security and Quality measures
• Extensive experience with Airbus aircraft in the areas electrical, mechanical and structural inspection (hardening, Electrical, Pipes, Gaskets, Drilling, Hydraulics, Fuel Tanks etc.)
• Experience in reading and understanding technical documentation such as Structure drawings, work instructions, maintenance manuals, etc.
• Trusted with computer programs: MS Office programs, SAP and Airbus internal tools (Zamiz, Tandem, ACPnG, IBM, etc.)
• Knowledge of follow-up tools (TLB, QLB, etc.)
• customer-oriented approach (listening, offering support and on time supply)
• Trusted with measuring instruments: voltmeter, multimeter, gapgun, etc.
• Ability to identify, report and identify non-conformities to make sure they are fixed
• Consistent with writing reports (precisely and on the point) of which:
• Good communication skills
• Management of customer charges
• Ensuring, if necessary, of presentations before the Customers
• Flowing in English: B2
