• Excessive remuneration based on the DGB tariff agreement with an entry fee of 16,00 € to 19,00 €, depending on Qualification and professional experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Technical preparation of steel parts and assemblies for painting process by cleaning, grinding, spatulaing, gluing and further surface pretreatments
• performing painting work on steel parts and metal structures in compliance with the predetermined quality, Layer thickness and surface requirements
• operation, monitoring and maintenance of the paints and varnishes used Coating plants and the associated working agents
• Conducting visual, layer thickness and quality controls on the coated components and professional design necessary reworking
• ensuring proper use of materials and careful handling of paints, coating materials and Resources
• compliance with applicable quality, environmental, safety and health and safety regulations and ensuring cleanliness and Order in the work area

PROFIL

• Ideally completed vocational training as industrial painters (m/w/d), Process Engineer for Coating Technology (m/w/d), (m/w/d), painter and painter (m/w/d) or one comparable qualification in surface coating
• Professional experience in industrial painting as well as in dealing with Steel and metal components
• Experience in the preparation of surfaces and in the Processing of different paint and coating systems is Advantages
• Technical understanding, craftsmanship and a strong quality awareness
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing to secure communication and proper implementation of work, Quality and safety requirements
