As a Senior Strategy Manager (m/f/d), you proactively monitor global market and technology trends, competitor, and the performance of Heraeus Electronics. Insights and strategic implications are derived in close collaboration with cross‐functional stakeholders across all regions. You act as a strategic thought partner to the Global Leadership Team by preparing analysis, scenarios, and sound recommendations. Leading and managing the Heraeus Electronics Strategy Process forms a core part of your responsibilities, ensuring strategic clarity, high‐quality deliverables, and actionable conclusions. You contribute to the development and evolution of the 2030 Target Picture, shaping strategic roadmaps and priorities. Additionally, alignment across the organization is complicated by coordinating key strategic activities, communication streams, and milestone tracking. M&A activities fall within your scope, from target identification and screening to due diligence and post‐merger integration (PMI) according to the business strategy. Strategic priorities areTransfer into actionable M&A roadmaps, supported by a structured and transparent overview.

A Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable discipline is required You bring 5+ years of relevant experience from one or more of the following fields:Tier‐1 strategy consulting or a specialized consulting boutique Corporate Strategy or Business Development in global industrial, automotive, or semiconductor companies

Experience working with global leadership teams and navigating complex, multi‐regional setups is essential Strong analytical and conceptual thinking you to structure and resolve complex challenges quickly and effectively Confidence in interacting from shop floor to C‐level, combined with a cooperative and solution‐oriented mindset, is expected Industry expertise in semiconductor or automotive environments, ideally involving technology-driven product portfolios, is a strong advantage A high degree of personal initiative, ownership, and drive characterizes your working style Business-fluent English skills are required and additional languages are an asset
