We are looking for two lawyers:inside (m/w/d) with different priorities for our legal department - right in the heart of the energy supply. Legal Counsel / Syndikusanwalt Energiewirtschaft Corporate / Beteiligungen (m|w|d)

Start date:1.11.2025 In a dynamic legal environment, you take on diverse and exciting tasks with social relevance. You support your colleagues in legal issues - in particular in energy law, commercial and corporate law as well as in public law and climate protection law. You will work on demanding projects throughout the Group and interdisciplinary - also within the E.ON Group. Contract negotiations coordinate and conduct independently - including preparation, preparation and logging. Internal technical regulations guide and moderate you with a goal.

Your choice: Two focuses

Litigation & clarification of energy policy issues You take care of court proceedings and are an expert on energy law issues. You represent our interests with legal precision and strategic vision.

Corporate governance & equity management You advise and accompany the Executive Board, Supervisory Board, Annual General Meetings and the management of our holding companies. Participation acquisitions/sales and conversions according to the transformation law and projects of affiliates are part of your daily business. You have completed a legal university degree and the second legal state exam is ideally completed with the "satisfactory" note. You bring basic commercial knowledge and are interested in the structures and processes of a group. The work in the team makes you happy, as well as the common learning and the handling of ever changing laws. Self-responsibility, curiosity and a pronounced customer orientation characterize you. You want to actively contribute to the legal design of the energy transition and bring interest in climate protection. Very good German skills complete your profile.

Litigation & clarification of energy policy issues Knowledge and experience in energy law, in particular in EEG, KWKG, EnWG, StromNEV and AVBEltV.

Corporate governance & equity management Knowledge and experience in commercial and corporate law, equity law and corporate law.
