Contamination Management Clerk (m/f/d)

You are primarily responsible for the processing of standardised risk cases and preparation, coordination and implementation with technical assistance and assessment of services to be provided such as: Initial assessment of areas related to old-load cover according to BBodSchG as well as reassessment of old-load areas Initial planning and continuation/testing and coordination of technical and monetary measures incl. Comparative with the sales planning and support of property management after return Retrieval of necessary technical information (CL, old-load disaster extracts, maps/plans, already existing reports, reports, public opinion etc.) ArcGis, creation of property cards, mapping of property cards, historical and property maps Evaluation of the results (reports, reports, etc.) of the corresponding phases according to BFR BOGwS, implementation in the continuation of the planning of measures Initiation of risk detection and defence measures in all phases according to BFR BoGwS, including participation in the preparation of individual tasks/technical performance descriptions Participation in the cross-species coordination within the BImA (FM, VK, BF) for the implementation of the measures and with the head office of the Federal Government, the Construction Administration, the Wehrverwaltung and the GESA In addition, you are also responsible for the processing of complex risk cases, including in particular: Multi-dangerous property in combination with combatant elimination Contaminated properties that affect third parties and other surrounding land Properties suspected of being contaminated with per- and polyfluorinated chemicals (PFAS) Furthermore, technical advice and support in liability-related matters with regard to contamination is one of your tasks: In order to ensure proper operation of the properties of the region In the segmentation, valuation and sale of waste, combatants and contamination-related land defects In the case of value creation and conversion projects, in particular the delimitation of mandatory investment measures In the case of contract management behaviour related to waste and contamination-related land defects
