Rail Operations Coordinator – International Rail Logistics (m/f/d)

You take over the operational control and coordination of international railway transport in the European network You monitor ongoing transports and ensure that deviations are detected and processed at an early stage You are in regular exchange with customers, transport partners and railway companies You inform customers proactively about the current transport status and relevant changes in the transport process You take over the ongoing monitoring of trains and wagons and coordinate necessary measures You process delays, disturbances and other operational challenges and develop fast, practical solutions You create, control and manage transport relevant documents and documents ensure compliance with the applicable hazardous goods and safety requirements for appropriate transport You coordinate the availability and use of freight wagons and accompany their technical or operational management You assist in damages, maintenance and revision processes and in the further deployment planning of the cars You work closely with internal interfaces and external partners to ensure smooth transportation You make an important contribution to service quality, timeliness and customer satisfaction
