You control the time-right and quality-conscious processing of the goods processes and keep in mind the dates, needs and utilisation. You reliably collect relevant data such as identity numbers, quantities, weights and storage locations in the system. After ordering the containers and freight carriers, you will accompany the loading process from registration to handling and transfer customs declarations. In doing so, you ensure the correct handling of air freight processes - with a view to avoiding unnecessary costs. Both compliance and compliance with the requirements for work, health, fire and environmental protection, as well as the applicable accident prevention regulations as well as issues related to order and cleanliness in your area of responsibility are important components of your tasks. In case of need, you take short-term special tasks in line with your leadership.

Ideally, you have a training as a specialist in warehouse logistics or a commercial training that qualifies you for this task. In any case, you bring experience in the commercial sector and you want to use your know-how in a logistical environment. You are sure to use MS Office, SAP skills are a plus. You work carefully and structured without losing sight of the essentials and are customer-oriented and understand how to find a good solution even in different requirements. Teamwork is not a buzzword for you: You like to tune with others, communicate clearly and pull together on a string. And very important: Whether alone or in the team - you also keep a cool head when it comes to something more dynamic in the goods outlet. Last but not least, you will show your willingness to work in a 2-shift system planned in the weekly change as of February/March 2027.
