With your team you create the perfect feel-good experience for our guests - from the first welcome to the relaxed farewell. You have a look at your branch key figures, take targeted measures and take responsibility for the achievement of your location. You are actively engaging - whether in service or clean up, you are going forward as a model and making a smooth run. You actively shape the guest experience and ensure an attractive sales experience. You plan the optimal personnel deployment and make sure that your location is well positioned at any time. You take interviews and select new crew members looking at our value concept.

You have already gained leadership experience with personnel responsibility in a branch system and feel comfortable in a leading role. You have an excellent feeling for people - for your crew as well as for our guests. With empathy, sensitivity and a positive radiance, you create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. As an organizational designer, you set clear priorities, meet decisions with vision and keep an overview even in dynamic situations. Attractive compensation package – You expect a monthly fixed salary from €4,000, which depends on your experience and qualification. In addition, you can earn up to €1,000 per month via our bonus system, depending on the fixed salary agreed. Supplements that are worthwhile – 100% holiday supplement (at Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve even 200 %) and 25% supplement for night and Sunday work.
