Software-Trainer (m/f/d)

As a software trainer (w/m/d), you are responsible for the design and execution of mostly virtual and in exceptional cases in presence of software training for our business partners and customers In cooperation with internal specialist departments and external providers, you design and implement blended learning concepts with digital learning formats such as web-based training, virtual classrooms, video tutorials and e-learnings In addition, you will take care of the continuous optimization of our existing training and e-learning concepts Pre- and post-processing of software training is also part of your task

You have successfully completed your studies or training in the field of computer science (e.g. specialist informatics (m/w/d) for system integration) or have a comparable qualification, but also cross-comers with IT affinity are welcome Ideally, you have knowledge in the areas of Windows Server, Databases, Digitization and Automation of Business Processes You have fun in digital learning formats and online training, but in exceptional cases you are also ready to carry out training on site with the customer Your strong communication and presentation skills as well as your intercultural competencies will enable you to convey our software products according to target groups Your very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
