To strengthen our team, we are looking for a building manager/in road and asphalt construction (m/w/d) at the earliest possible date

Independent planning, preparation and implementation of construction measures in road and asphalt construction Cost, time and quality management of the projects including work costing and construction site results control Coordination of personnel, equipment and subcontractors and procurement of the necessary materials Compilation of allowances and participation in contributions, offers and accounting Ensuring quality, safety and health at the construction site

Complete studies in the field of civil engineering, completion as a construction technician or construction-related training with corresponding professional experience Management experience in the construction site environment and secure communication with employees, entrepreneurs and clients Secure handling of MS Office as well as experience with costing or billing software (e.g. BauSU) Driving licence B Responsible, independent and cost-oriented operation Teamability and clear, solution-oriented communication
