You shall be responsible for the management of the mines of Schleswig-Holstein and for administrative buildings in Kiel: Contact person (m/w/d) Commissioning, initiating and quality assurance of all necessary management services Perception of operator responsibility for the associated properties Ensuring proper data management and documentation Responsibility of commissioning / takeover of technical and construction equipment and their maintenance Budget responsibility with personnel needs planning and personnel selection Monitoring and testing of cost centres In the context of property responsibility, you will take the following strategic tasks: Maintenance planning Construction and construction equipment together with the colleagues from the state Current and Capital Planning Voting user needs Accommodation planning for users
