Management System Officer (all genders)

Tasks: Conceptual development, control and continuous improvement of the integrated management system of the MFPA Weimar (quality management, information security, environmental management, occupational and health protection, risk management) Analysis of legal, normative and digital requirements and transfer of these into organisationally effective management, control and governance concepts Organisational coordination and harmonisation of all management system areas including IT systems, digitalisation and process management Development, implementation and updating of method standards, guidelines and approach models Conception and control of organizational development, process and transformation projects Design, analysis and continuous development of business and support processes using digital solutions Control and further development of the KPI architecture and follow-up of improvement and risk measures Technical management of the quality system as well as perception of the function as quality management officer as well as, if necessary, further assignment functions (especially after training information security officers) Planning, organisation and implementation of internal audits and monitoring of external assessments, certifications and accreditations Advice on quality, risk, safety and digitization-relevant basic questions Creation of decision-relevant reports, management assessments and risk analyses

Qualification: Successfully completed university degree (Master or Diploma) in the field of economic, engineering, natural or information sciences or comparable Professional experience in quality management, organisational development and/or information security Knowledge of relevant ISO management system standards, regulations and accreditation requirements (e.g. ISO/IEC EN DIN 9001, ISO/IEC EN DIN 27001, ISO/IEC EN DIN 17025) Experience with audits (internal/external) desirable Self-employed, structured and analytical methods readiness and ability to interdisciplinary and team-oriented work Safe occurrence and pronounced communication and organizational ability High sense of responsibility and discretion Understanding Processes Good oral and written expressability in German Safe handling of Microsoft Office package applications You're not bringing everything?
