As a competent contact person (m/w/d), you will be responsible for our employees as well as our trainees/students, volunteers and minor employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle and process all related personnel operations including contract creation, master data management and digitalization. You actively participate in the preparation of the pay bill taking into account the applicable tax and social insurance regulations, valid collective agreements and operational regulations. You take on proactive cooperation in the further development, digitization and optimization of HR processes.

You have a successfully completed commercial training. Ideally, you will bring first experience in the HR area of a hospital administration. First experiences in the software programs SAP HR and ATOSS would be desirable. You are characterized by independent and structured work as well as very good organizational ability and a high team capacity. You convince with desire paired with good process understanding.
