International Pricing Manager (m/f/d)

Conduct and coordination of the international pricing function including a direct person Development and implementation of pricing strategies across business areas, product categories and sales channels as well as control of operating price processes Ensuring the governance and compliance of pricing policies and continuous monitoring and improvement of price processes Analysis of the financial impact of pricing strategies on historical performance, volume development and overall profitability Initiation and advice on pricing measures to increase profitability while ensuring accuracy and consistency across all pricing elements (e.g. basic prices, discount structures, promotional campaigns) As a strategic business partner for sales and marketing, coordination of price approaches with channel margin requirements and product positioning as well as providing clear recommendations for action Promoting pricing excellence through training stakeholders at pricing principles through training, tools and data-based insights Support for the design and implementation of price tests and pilot projects Establish and maintain a competitive price monitoring system, including monitoring market prices, competitive activities and pricing in relevant markets and channels Fungare the first point of contact for competition and antitrust issues within the organisation Monitoring and ensuring compliance with transfer pricing policies within the edding group Processing of complex data on implementable findings by developing and maintaining user-friendly Power BI dashboards for controlling and decision-making in sales and marketing

successfully completed studies of business management or related fields multiannual professional experience in international pricing, price management or international sales and marketing technical, technical and analytical skills, cooperation & communication, industry knowledge, leadership skills, training, experience, language skills, technical experience, leadership experience detectable successes in managing price-related projects in international environments, combined with a strong commercial understanding and the ability to meet business challenges sound understanding of the impact of pricing on margins and volumes Ability to identify and anticipate business opportunities and risks, as well as a good understanding of contract negotiations strong analytical skills combined with solid technical understanding and business know-how Expertise in regulatory and competition issues structured, organised and independent working in combination with strong team orientation excellent oral and written communication skills effectively to solve
