You actively support us in recruiting to gain the best talents for us: visibility and assessment of applications, applicant management and participation in interviews You work with exciting, cross-border projects (e.g. corporate culture, employer branding, learning resource development, system introduction, employee surveys) and introduce your ideas into international cooperation. You create appealing internal communication contributions for our intranet You organize national and international P&O meetings and workshops with us. With your commitment, you relieve our P&O department in all daily processes and thus contribute to the smooth running.

You are a student (m/w/d) in advanced Bachelor or Master studies and have a strong interest in HR topics First practical experiences in the HR field, in particular in recruiting, are advantageous. You are motivated, strong in communication and convince us with your open and sympathetic way. You have a strong contact gratitude in dealing with different hierarchy levels. You work independently, structured and own organizational talent as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality. Creativity and structured work characterize you and you do not hesitate to take over your own projects. You have very good English skills and you can handle MS Office safely.
