Technical Employee Quality Management/ Complaint Processing (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the processing of customer complaints and for carrying out pressure and assembly tests. The analysis and documentation of fault causes is one of your versatile tasks. You create and edit 8D reports on sustainable troubleshooting and quality improvement independently. As a contact person for technical questions, you are available to our offices and customers as a competent contact partner. You design the communication of quality assurance towards the supplier but also internally to the HANSA-FLEX branches nationally and internationally You work closely with the other departments of materials management, sales and production.

You have a technical training (preferably mechanical engineering technicians or masters from the technical field, also industrial mechanic, agricultural and construction machine mechanic or KFZ mechanic (w/m/d) with a corresponding qualification. Ideally, you already bring professional experience in complaint processing, quality assurance, technical customer support or in the production environment. Knowledge in the field of hydraulics and hydraulic connection technology is advantageous. When handling the MS Office package (Word, Excel and Outlook), you are safe and you have ideally already worked with SAP.
