Biberach gGmbH is a free carrier of child and youth assistance with stationary and outpatient offers. We accompany children and adolescents in challenging situations and are constantly working to develop sustainable educational structures, reliable framework conditions and a clear professional attitude. This development process concerns both pedagogical work and leadership, cooperation and organisational structures.

To the residential group Laupheim The residential group Laupheim is a stationary facility according to § 34 SGB VIII with seven mixed-sex places for young people aged 14 to 18. The group offers an environment in which clear structures are strengthened and educational processes are developed together in the team. For this task we are looking for a group leadership that connects leadership, organization and pedagogical presence meaningfully.

The body is designed as a pilot project in day service (Monday to Friday). Heading is not understood as a pure office activity, but as an active, present leader with responsibility for team, structure and pedagogical everyday life. The group management is visible, responsive and takes responsibility both for organizational and personal issues and for the active participation of the group.

Your duties Technical, organisational and personnel management of the housing group structuring and further development of pedagogical everyday life Active pedagogical cooperation and presence in group activities (day service) Mandatory discussion, guidance and leadership of the team Service planning and co-responsibility for reliable personnel organisation Implementation of assistance planning and ensuring technical standards Cooperation with parents, youth offices and cooperation partners Ensuring documentation and reporting according to legal requirements

Complete study of social work, social education or comparable recognised educational qualifications Very good organizational and structural competence Clear, valuable and conflictable communication Willingness to take responsibility and actively name topics Understanding management as an active presence, not as pure coordination Openness for reflection and cooperation within clear leadership structures Leadership experience is desirable but not a prerequisite. A key factor is the attitude, structural strength, sense of responsibility and the willingness to live leadership in everyday life.
