With us, teachers and pupils receive everything for the modern classroom and thus have full control of digitalization.

You mainly support sales and purchasing, as well as all other departments of the company in operating daily business You are responsible for the quality assurance of services provided in our ticket system You will contact our existing customers and keep the open offers by phone You collect orders and track internal processing You care and independently monitor our device list and maintenance contracts You support the preparation and execution of customer events and process new leads

You have successfully completed a training as a merchant (m/w/d) for IT system management You could already gain first experience in internal services With the most popular MS Office programs, you know best, especially in PowerPoint and Excel You have ideally already worked with a commodity management system Your properties include a distinct concept of service, commitment and communication skills You have a basic IT understanding and work independently as well as in the team We presume flowing German in word and font – other languages are welcome
