Team Assistant/Sales Assistant (m/f/d)

In this central role you contribute significantly to the success of our branch by assuming a significant part of the office organization Support our external service and members of the branch management in appointment coordination, travel planning, correspondence and protocol creation Through your initiative in the planning and organization of customer events, you actively strengthen our customer loyalty, team events also organize with pleasure. At the same time, you support sales through your contribution to preparing and carrying out mailings In the strategic orientation you also play an important role by providing documents for annual meetings You will take on important tasks such as the processing of data and the creation of presentations enrich your valuable support of the management team, your analysis of key figures and the creation of meaningful statistics as well as decision templates Your varied tasks Occasionally you are an important support in the friendly care and reception of guests Last but not least, you will form the interface to the Funk Academy by supporting in the installation of trainings. At the same time, you are actively involved in various projects, which highlights your important role in our branch

Your qualification speaks for you - here you have successfully completed a commercial training, e.g. in the insurance sector or as an office clerk (m/w/d) or You have experiences in the insurance environment, through an activity at the industrial broker or comparable position as, for example, assitence of the business/distribution management or the like with As a team player, you are an important guarantee for collective cohesion In this context, your strong skills are particularly evident in self-organization and coordination of various tasks that not only keep our sales processes running, but also promote them sustainably. Particular emphasis is given to your pronounced MS Office skills
