We are looking at the Department of Social Affairs for Central Administration at the next possible time for a coordinator* in SGB XII performance parole and opposition proceedings (m/w/d) Full/part time, limited The place is terminated until 30.06.2028. An occupation is possible in full-time or part-time with a minimum employment of 50 %. The Department of Social Affairs (SO) organizes all the services of the youth and social assistance of the city of Ulm as part of a social-space-oriented concept. The central administration of the Department of Social Affairs (SO/ZV) supports the social spaces and ensures a uniform and targeted management of the administrative processes. In this function, a central technical coordination and support role is taken over within the material processing of the performance parole according to SGB XII. The focus of the activity is on ensuring a uniform, legally secure and efficient processing. Together with an experienced team, you support the social spaces in complex social issues, develop standards and procedures and ensure the quality of legal application in SGB XII. A separate case processing is not carried out in this function. Payment is made up to pay group 11 TVöD or grade A12.

Your tasks: Ensuring the technical framework for a legally secure, effective and efficient delivery of services according to SGB XII technical support and coordination of social spaces in complex technical and legal issues and the management of the SGB XII department Processing of opposition and judicial proceedings as well as representation in court proceedings in cooperation with the legal body for the SGB IX / XII sectors Development, updating and quality assurance of standards, procedures and work aids including the implementation of legal changes Evaluation and verification of compliance with prescribed procedures and participation in the introduction and further development of new and existing procedures related to legal and communicative changes professional participation in selection procedures and subject-related voting processes

Your profile: Bachelor of Arts – Public Management, Diplom-Sozialwirt*in, Law Studies or a comparable qualification well-founded knowledge in social law, especially in SGB XII, as well as the ability to safely transfer legal changes to practice Knowledge of social orientation is advantageous Ability to process complex technical and legal issues structured, solution-oriented and practical pronounced communication, cooperation and conflictability as well as safe occurrence Comprehensibility, negotiation skills and a structured, targeted and solution-oriented way of working Experience in the technical coordination, advice or guidance of employees and in the handling of complex case constellations and opposition procedures is advantageous
