For our award-winning broker portal we are looking for you as a future expert (m/w/d). Our broker portal offers our sales partners a variety of functions. From the management of existing customers, to the restart of business, to the retrieval of commission bills. The aim is to offer our sales partners a central starting point and to inspire them with regular innovations. In addition to further development, you also take care of the maintenance and care and thus ensure a stable and secure broker portal. We are a scrum team consisting of four developers and four business analysts. Concept and implementation: You bring your ideas from the first sketch to the finished solution and implement them technically together with our team. Always keep an overview and ensure smooth implementation. Further development and innovation: With a lot of commitment and technical know-how, you help keep our broker portal up to date. You can program new interfaces, develop helpful functions for brokers and create attractive webpages – quality is your first priority. Teamwork and communication: As an active member of our agile team, you work closely with other developers, business analysts, product owner and specialist departments. An open and clear communication is very important to you – team spirit is raised with us.

Education and background: You bring a completed computer science study, a training as a specialist informatics or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You already have experience in agile software development, ideally with Scrum. Programming skills: You are fit in Java or Angular and are familiar with HTML, CSS and database systems. Test automation with Jest, JUnit or Spock is familiar to you, and experience with Spring boat would be a plus. Tools and platforms: Dealing with Atlassian tools, git, code-review platforms, and CI/CD pipelines is part of everyday life. Professional knowledge: Clean Code, RESTful Webservices and high code quality are not foreign words but living standards for you. Soft Skills: You are characterized by communication strength and work independently and structured. Language competency: You can safely master German – both in word and in writing.
