Senior Solutions Systems Engineer (m/d) We place great emphasis on technological excellence and are looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Systems Engineer, which strengthens our team and contributes significantly to the design of our solutions. As a Senior Solutions Systems Engineer, he/she creates system concepts of the Division for the implementation of skills and operational chains in cooperation with experts and stakeholders. He is a member of the divisional Design Authority. And actively agrees with the Corporate Design Authority and other divisional Design Authorities in content, strategies and solutions

Development and implementation of complex system solutions that meet the requirements of our customers and serve the division's strategy Identification of cross-average solutions and modules Review and Steering of Programmatic and Project-related Designs Analysis of customer requirements and production of technical specifications. Definition of design guidelines in cooperation with product managers and developers Creating innovative solutions and technology roadmaps in line with program and product roadmaps Support for sales in technical presentations and customer meetings. Identification of optimization potentials in existing systems and processes. Training, support and coaching of other team members. Documentation of system architectures, processes and best practices.

Complete studies in computer science, engineering or a related area. At least 10 years of professional experience in the field of Systems Engineering, of which at least 5 years in a senior position. Knowledge of system architecture, software development and hardware integration. Experience in the design of mission systems including contributing sensor technology (including radar, EW, EO) is desirable Experience with modern development methods and technologies, including agile approaches. Detectional experience in the technical management of interdisciplinary teams. Knowledge of product development, system architecture and project management. Excellent problem solving skills and analytical thinking. Strong communication skills in German and English, in particular the ability to convey complex technical concepts according to target groups Team-oriented working with the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Certifications in relevant technologies or methods (e.g. ITIL, TOGAF, Agile) are advantageous.
