You take over the strategic and operational HR management and executives and run the HR team both professionally and disciplinefully. You act as an active member of the management team, develop modern HR concepts and organizational measures and implement them afterwards. You are responsible for the entire Hire to Retire employee life cycle. You create the personnel needs planning including budget and forecast processes. You work closely with the global HR director and his team. You coordinate labour law issues with authorities and lawyers. You ensure compliance with labour, tariff and social insurance regulations. You are responsible for ensuring all operational processes within the framework of personal care, including payment accounting. You negotiate and develop operating arrangements and ensure constructive cooperation with the works council as its first contact person.
You have a degree (uni/FH/DH) with a focus on staff, law or a comparable qualification. You bring well-founded experience in HR management, ideally in a producing medium-sized company (preferably IGM environment) You have first leadership experience or want to expand them specifically. You have practical knowledge of labour and collective bargaining, as well as basic knowledge of tax and social security law. You control German and English in a safe manner; Italian knowledge is advantageous. You convince by hand-on mentality, empathy, social competence and strong communication skills at all levels.
