In this position, you will take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in the field of security and, in this function, you will be responsible for the distribution of tasks, resource management and the professional and personal promotion of your employees to ensure high performance and quality. You control professional cooperation with safety authorities and safety-relevant bodies and ensure that all regulatory requirements and administrative documents are fully implemented and documented. Your responsibility also includes the creation and continuous development of safety standards; ensure that these requirements are transferred to specific processes and work instructions and are applied consistently. You support internal project leaders in safety-related issues and ensure that the requirements of public safety are already taken into account in the planning phase. In addition, you identify weak points and control the implementation of necessary preventive measures.

A successfully completed study in the field of security management, security management or risk management or a comparable training in the senior service of a security authority (e.g. police, military) is the ideal precondition for this position. You have several years of experience in the company's security or a comparable function and master the specific safety rules and regulatory requirements in the field of public safety. You have experience in the disciplinary leadership of employees and are characterised by a structured and targeted way of work. A safe occurrence, a pronounced level of communication and the necessary enforcement and diplomacy in dealing with employees, stakeholders and authorities are of course for you.
